Rokoko

This was the creative heyday of Koch & Bergfeld: shortly before 1900, the company's own Design Office headed by Heinrich von der Cammer came up with many classic designs which are still produced today. One of them is without doubt the model "Rokoko" dating from the "vintage year" of 1893, which also spawned the successful patterns "Kreuzband" and "Ballade".

The little shell-shaped forms ("rocaille") which are typical of rococo combined with light floral features curving round the large mirror-finish surfaces characteristic of this style call for enormous manual skill and years of experience from the silversmith. This cutlery recreates the glory of an age, which under Frederick the Great turned its attention not only to the fine arts but also to liberal enlightenment and science for the first time.
Just think of "Sans-Soucis"...
Well, you can of course opt for this cutlery simply because you like the look of it – and above all, use it at your table!
